Could it be that we, the people are the problem? Could it be that we do not want to hear the truth from our politicians? When we finally get a politician who is willing and has the guts to tell us the truth and not what we want to hear; what do we do; wait for someone to tell us what we want to hear - even if we know it's a lie.
We, the voter, are the cause of our leaders giving up their integrity and honor when elected. Why? Cause we want them to lie. The truth hurts. And as Jack Nicholson said in A Few Good Men, "You (we) can't handle the truth"...... And that's the truthhhhhhhhhh.....
